Based in Leighton Buzzard, HPC (South) Limited provides finishing to clients throughout Herts. Beds. And Bucks. The company has many years’ experience in the Shot Blasting and Coating sector.

With a well-equipped treatment centre and fully qualified staff, the operation provides professional finishing services to businesses and private individuals.

The blasting facilities can accommodate items more than 6 metres in length, on offer are several different blast media for varying applications.

Gas fired box ovens are utilised for the powder coating process the largest one being 5 metres wide.

Many of different priming and powder coating schedules are available, be it over shot blasting, galvanised, or two pack etched primed sub straights.

HPC (South) Limited prepare and coat components across the spectrum of industry and architectural metalwork.

All the major airports have examples of the work carried out from balustrades to stair cases.

The retail arena is a specialist area of the business, trolley shelters, walkways, bollards, smoking shelters, and bus shelters are regularly coated for the large supermarket stores.

A popular source of work is from the large construction organisations, for whom we coat balconies, gates, railings etc.

We hold approvals from several powder coating manufactures.
